Board Meetings and Minutes - Gateway Program

Interested members of the public are welcome to attend and observe Gateway Development Commission meetings, and to offer comments on matters related to the agenda or GDC business.

2026 Board Meetings

January 27, 2026 – 10:00 A.M. (In-Person)

The Gateway Development Commission will hold a public Board Meeting on Tuesday, January 27, 2026, beginning at 10:00 am. The meeting will be held in-person at the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey Board Room at 4 World Trade Center, 150 Greenwich Street, 23^rd Floor, New York, NY, 10006, and live-streamed via the Gateway Development Commission YouTube channel. Additional details, including the meeting agenda, will follow.

Members of the public wishing to address the Board on Gateway Development Commission-related matters may do so either in-person or by submitting a pre-recorded video statement or written statement.

Registration for those individuals planning to address the Board in-person at the public Board Meeting will be available on the day of the Board Meeting. In-person meeting attendees are required to go through a security screening upon entering the building, and appropriate photo identification is required. Attendees are encouraged to arrive early. Security screening will begin at 9:30 am. All speakers are limited to three minutes each and speaking time may not be transferred. The public comment period may be limited to 30 minutes.

Individuals participating virtually may submit written statements or pre-recorded video statements by 5:00 pm on Monday, January 26, 2026, via this Public Comments Form.
