Interested members of the public are welcome to attend and observe Gateway Development Commission meetings, and to offer comments on matters related to the agenda or GDC business.
Agendas will be posted on this page prior to each meeting. Dates and/or locations are subject to change.
2026 Board Meetings
The Gateway Development Commission will hold a regular Board Meeting on Monday, August 24, 2026, beginning at 11:00 AM. The meeting will be conducted virtually and livestreamed via Microsoft Teams. Additional details, including the meeting agenda, will follow.
Those who would like to address the Board on Gateway Development Commission-related matters must complete this public comment form before 5:00 PM on Sunday, August 23.
Members of the public who would like to address the Board live during the meeting’s public comment period must fill out the public comment form and join the meeting via Teams to be called upon to speak.
All speakers are limited to three minutes each and speaking time may not be transferred. The public comment period may be limited to 30 minutes.
The Commission will also accept written and pre-recorded video statements via the public comment form through the end of Board Meeting.
